I love bagoong sinangag! Does your family like this too? Maybe you should try it instead of the same old garlic sinangag. Then you can mix match lots of viands to pair with the silog. Hamsilog, hotsilog, chicksilog, porksilog, corned beefsilog... Name it.
Not so creative, but we love spamsilog and tosilog.
