What's your family planning method? Need advice. Thanks

I used Implanon (yung contraceptive implants sa arm), good for 3 yrs, 3yrs din walang menstruation. Side effects are depende sa individual. On my part, i had pimples all over my forehead (lang) and nothing else. Pero since di ako sanay sa pimples pinatanggal ko siya after a year then switched back to pills. I used Diane35 before nung Implanon and after din and so far ok siya.
