What is your biggest frustration as a parent living in Manila?

Heavy traffic! Too much time wasted every single day. Kids getting up too early just to be in time for school because " it's traffic". or getting home late because "again it's traffic". I wish the new government will do something about the situation of the traffic in Metro Manila.
