I'm giving my son Immunped and I think it's been doing good :) Didn't like Sambucol because of some ingredients inside (I forgot what) and gummies/hard vitamins aren't recommended for their age now.

Seven Seas has a great multivitamin liquid that my kids loved when they were that age. Also, a balanced diet with lots of fresh fruit and veg provides a natural multivitamin pill 😊

Sambucol for kids. You can get it from Vitakids outlets. It is very good for building up immunity against common cold.

Try Scott’s emulsion or Brands essence for kids alyphamynd

Try Scott’s Emulsion Cod Liver Oil or Pediasure.

Try immunped. My daughters take them daily.
