Cold In Pregnancy
What do you usually takefor cold during pregnancy? I read about Loratidine. Have you tried taking it before?
Loratadine is pang allergy po. Nagtake po ako nun in moderation pag sinisipon ako due to allergic rhinitis. Pero if normal cold po, mas okay ung natural lang. Lemon/calamansi juice and lots of water. And if nagtetake po kayo ng vit C, okay din pang boost ng immune system.
Ako Mummy, as much as possible iniiwasan ko po magtake ng kahit anong medicine nung buntis ako, kasi may vitamins pa. Water ka na lang po. 😊
Warm water with honey and lemon, And water therapy, will do. Loratadine are for those who have allergies those kinds of meds are not for colds.
No i dont take any medicine i just do the natural way...drink lots if water, vit C, rest and avoid mucus forming food
More water and Vit C nirecommend sakin ni OB before.
more fluids lang mommy much better.
