What to do with expired frozen breastmilk?

i have used it to massage my skin and it keeps the skin really soft and supple. i also used it on my stretch marks mainly to prevent itching. it used to ease the itching and also made the stomach area smoother. if you have a lot, you can also add it in your bath water to use it on your overall skin.

I used my expired frozen breastmilk to give baby a milk bath and sometimes a foot spa for me! I also used a little to make breast milk charm for keepsake purpose. Some mummies use them to make breast milk soap too!

Sometimes I use it on my face with a cotton ball and other part of my body like arms and legs. Oh and armpits too.

I used it for my face every night. I also added it into my lo babth tub during shower time.
