If your planning on giving birth in the hospital, Better to ask your OB. Heres my OWN list though.. Marriage Certificate, ID, MDR Philhealth, Philhealth ID, Pregnancy Records, Pen, Money. Mother: Toiletries, Maternity Pads, Underwear & Clothes, Foods. Baby: Clothes for going home only, because my OB said the NICU will provide everything, because they are very strict about taking in things from outside, for the safety of others during this pandemic.
