Breastfeeding

Warm BM in bottle warmer

Hi all, what is the temp I should feed my baby for thawed bm? Currently i use the bottle warmer highest warming option. I will heat the bm temp around 36.5 degree Celsius before feeding. But sometimes I overheat till over 40 degree Celsius as I concurrently attending my crying baby and missed out. In this case, I will place it in cold water to reduce the temp before feeding my baby. I would like to know if I overheat and reduce the temp , will the nutrient of the bm lost? Is 38 degree Celsius suitable for feeding ? Thank you

I don't think there is any issue if you heat it too much and cool it down a bit
