Some heart symptoms you should not ignore include discomfort, pressure, heaviness, or pain in the chest, arm, or below the breastbone. A weird uncomfortable feeling extending to the back, jaw, throat, or arm as well as indigestion, or choking feeling are also signs to look out for.
