The typical don’t smoke, don’t drink alcohol, don’t eat raw food, watch your medications, avoid rigorous exercise. Eat the pregnancy supplements, go for checkups, stay moderately active and nourish yourself with good and real food. Spend quality time with your baby. Talk and tell your baby what you’re doing, how’s your day etc. Enjoy the pregnancy cause it flies by real fast! And try to get as much sleep as possible 🤣
