What's the right age to buy hand phone for children??

There is never a right age these days. Some parents would buy phones for kids as early as primary school as they are both working and would require their kids to call them every now and then. Some parents wait till the kids are older -- maybe in high school as they are more responsible or well equipped to handle electronics.
