Nothing plus plus as such !! My maid works for the first half of the day so I give her breakfast and lunch complimentary

Angpao during bdays or cny.. Occasionally some small gifts to boost morale tat she did a good job.

We give our helper extra on her birthday, Hari Raya, New Years, Diwali and Chinese New Year.

I give my helper angbao during festive seasons and bonus upon completion of contract

Some extra cash on one key festival of the year, 2 paid leaves a month, clothes etc.
