What's the MOST family-friendly hotel/resort you've stayed at in the Philippines?

A few years ago, my cousin, his wife, and their daughter (a toddler at the time) stayed in Ascott. I know there quite a few around Manila, so you can look into any of their branches. As I observed, the hotel was very accommodating towards their daughter and they seemed to have tons of families checked in.
