First trimester can be quite overwhelming hor, so just take it easy on yourself. Main things I watched for were heavy bleeding or severe cramping that felt different from normal period pain, and I made sure to go for my first scan at the polyclinic to check everything's on track. Morning sickness and fatigue are pretty normal, but if you're worried about anything at all, your PD or the polyclinic can put your mind at ease. Just listen to your body, eat what you can keep down, and don't hesitate to call your doctor if something feels off. Most first trimesters go smoothly, but it's always good to have someone monitoring you from early on.
