gg to wk 14 now, wish i can be snacking like you. T.T still having problem even drinking enough fluids now. but i would be snacking on nuts (i think the less sugary/carby the snack, the better) if i have the stomach to!
I’m 14 weeks now and I’ve been snacking on cherry tomatoes, grapes, strawberries, carrots, blueberries. Occasionally will snack on Oreos, haha.
Same here. I have been eating cream crackers daily. I have tried bread, raisins, bananas, dates etc but I did not last long.
You’re not alone. I get hungry every two hours. Running out of food to snack on also 🥲
hi, small bread usually can be more full than cracker n faster to eat n less mess hahah
I'm currently using fruits and nuts 😅
Instant oats works for me:)
