What kind of food should I NOT feed my 3 year old before he goes to bed? I avoid sweets of course. Anything else that would be likely to disrupt their sleep or prevent them from sleeping well? Do share!

Make sure that you don't give him foods that make him gassy such as broccoli, cauliflower or chickpeas. My four year old girl has a bloated tummy whenever she has them, so I avoid giving them to her at night. Besides, I make sure that she has dinner at least two hours before she hits the bed for a smoother digestion.
