Do you take honey 🍯 when pregnant

I do take also usually manuka honey if for any benefit like throat discomfort etc. But not regularly for no reason as it’s sugar and I am afraid may increase risk of GD.

Yes I take. It doesn’t affect me. But to be safe, chck with your gyne for the better answer.
