Once you are pregnant and the baby is alive, you are able to sign for the termination yourself regardless of age. If you are below 16, the doctor doing the abortion has the responsbility to report it to the authorities. You must go for counselling and wait for 48 hours before going for an abortion. You have to be a Singaporean as well.
