Headache & Nausea sepanjang hari till going to sleep

What can I do untuk hilangkan my headache? Rasa mual mual like throughout the day even i'm just having rest. Baring would just make things worst but duduk pun still sakit kepala. It has been going on for several days now. Currently, baru 6 weeks pregnant. But I can't stand of this headache and nausea feeling. Some tips pleaseee.
