Implantation or loss

What is this? Help. I don’t know if this is implantation bleeding or loss or period. I have previously tested positive on multiple pregnancy tests and my beta hcg was at 15mlU/ml yesterday morning. Help! I am panicking. #helpmommies #bantujawab
