What do you guys think about the anti-vaccine movement? Are vaccines really bad for our babies? :/
I think there's a an overwhelming lack of valuable and fact based research/evidence that supports anything indicating that we shouldn't vaccinate our children. Yes, medical companies have agendas in regards to over-prescribing drugs (especially in the states), but claiming that "big medical" or your local pediatrician is out to give your babies asperger's is outrageous. If this many doctors believe vaccinations are for the better, they're probably right.
Đọc thêmmy MIL is quite an anti vaxx (Probably because during the time na pinanganak niya husband ko, wala pa naman masyadong vaccines available), feeling nia overdose ung baby ko lagi kasi andami beses tinuturukan, every month meron but I dont think vaccines are bad unless its super rushed nadevelop like covid and dengavaxia vaxx. mejo doubtful pako and very traumatic yung sa dengvaxia.
Đọc thêmi feel sad about the anti vaccine movements because it increases risk for our kids too. There is no concrete studies that can support their claims regarding the bad effect of vaccines. Vaccine works. It protects not just our children but the rest of our community. I hope all of us is diligent enough to coordinate with our Pedia for credible information.
Đọc thêmI think that's why we have professionalss and experts. If these vaccines, weren't proven to be helpful and effective, the wouldn't be approved by FDA. Some are just really traditional and they lack information and trust. Basta, kami in our family we do believe in the purpose and effectivity of vaccines 😊
Đọc thêmThe world we are in right now is a world without one vaccine. Imagine how worse it'd be with polio, measles, and all other preventable diseases everywhere. Vaccines are not just there to protect our babies. Through herd immunity, we get to protect those who are immunocompromised.
I think the Anti-Vaccine movements stem from lack of or wrong information. Vaccines are proven effective in preventing not just our kids but also us from getting diseases that once plagued the world. Proper education and correct information could help curb these movements.
Vaccines are also products of years of research by experts. So far, there are no scientific studies that will prove na vaccines can cause unwanted effects. Protection narin yan ng mga anak natin, kaya we are all for vaccination.
Hmmm I am a firm believer that vaccines are safe and effective because they have gone through series of scientific studies. You can research a lot about vaccines online or consult a Pediatrician if you need clarifications.
