29weeks Pregnant, Can I start to do walking/exercise? Baby position is still on Breech.

What exercise po? Any advice about breech position?

OK lang mag-walking or light exercise even if breech pa ang baby mo at 29 weeks. Ang importante, gentle lang para hindi mag-strain. For breech, you can try pelvic tilts or cat-cow stretches kasi nakakatulong sila mag-open ng pelvis and encourage baby to turn. You can also do knee-to-chest position (on all fours, tapos bumaba ang chest para ma-relax ang pelvis) pero always check with your OB before trying anything new. Keep moving, pero don't overdo it.
