This isn't really a dish but I suggest you try chicharon! Oh how I love Cebu's chicharon. Whenever my dad goes to Dumaguete, he'd always drop by Cebu since it's just a few hours away and he always would be home chicharon na may laman. That's how they call it, I think. I think lots of deli stores in Cebu sell chicharon but my dad has mentioned a certain Carcar City. He said that's where the best Cebu chicharons are hailed. And true enough, they are!
