Breastfeeding Diet
Hello! What diet po ang recommended for breastfeeding moms? I want to lose weight po without affecting my milk supply. Currently taking green juice (Apple + Celery + Carrots + Chia Seeds). I am 1 month breastfeeding already and my pregnancy weight doubled pa imbis na mag decrease.
Mommy, wait until you’re breastfeeding for 2 months na atleast before you go on a diet para maestablish muna healthy and madaming milk supply mo. Actually nakakapayat dapat ang pagbbreastfeed, we only gain weight coz we eat more than the actual regular portions like 1 cup of rice, 1 portion of meat and 1 portion of veggies. We need to eat healthy food, too. So iwas sa junk food and fastfood. Follow mo lang un mommy. Other than that, ung normal na ginagawa na sobrang nagbabawas ng kain (calorie intake) to go on a diet can really affect your milk supply. That’s atleast based on my experience mommy. If we want to keep the steady milk supply hindi pwedeng hindi kakain :)
