Nasa baba yung PLACENTA ko. ?

What is the best thing to do ? Para wala na sa baba yung placenta ko? Aside po sa pag bebed rest? Baka daw if dinmag ingat mag pre mature is bb ?

If inadvise magbed rest, sundin po. Wag din po masyado magpapagod. Eat healthy iwas stress as much as possible.
