What is the best eyeliner that is smudgeproof? I'm having a hard time looking for one since I have an oily face and I end up looking like a raccoon :(

I'm assuming you're talking about pencil eyeliner since that used to happen with me too. No particular brand but i recommend applying eye primer beforehand. It works pretty well for me when controlling the spreading :)
