What are the best educational plans in the Philippines?

In early 2000's, several educational plan companies had closed for business here in PH. I suggest, life insurances offer a plan where you can invest money in their company and withdraw it when your kids are going to college. Sunlife has it, I got one for my daughter. It's not called educational plan though, forgot the exact term.
