What's the best commute to Ayala if you're coming from Manila and you have a toddler to bring?

If UV Express is not an option, I'd say bus. They do have courtesy seats for preggy, moms with kids and seniors. Most of the conductors ask the passengers to vacate the courtesy seats if there's a senior, preggy, mom with kids and pwds.
