At what age do the childcare centres wean off the children from bottle?

I think most centres will follow the parents' instructions. So if you instruct the teachers to stop using bottle and change to cup they will do so. But at home u have to also start training your kid to do the transition too otherwise will make it difficult for the teachers to train your child.
