bleeding + no sac at 5 weeks

went to A&E to check as I had light bleeding. tested positive in few urine tests and blood test is HCG 75. however, no sac found in ultrascan. i need to go back 48 hours later for another blood test to see if HCG rising. my bleeding became heavier next day, any chance it will be successful pregnancy or most likely will be miscarriage? mummies, please help ease my mind 🫶🏻

I am Week 4 Day 5 currently and also had light bleeding. Just went for ultrasound and also no gestational sac found. Blood test result came back at HCG 400 so I guess normal to not see anything on ultrasound? waiting to repeat again on Monday to see if the numbers rises properly. Fingers crossed.

Thanks so much! Turns out that I have a subchorionic hematoma of 2cm at my Week 6 ultrasound that is causing the bleeding. I was quite convinced that it was a miscarriage though. I’m Week 7 now and still spotting every day. Hoping that it will be ok. Fetal Heartrate was found on Week 6 ultrasound so fingers crossed!

am going through first pregnancy so i couldnt give any advise but deeply hope everything is fine on your side 🙏
