Baby mengeras

Sabar ye, at week 31 baby movements memang akan lebih keras dan frequent sebab dia dah besar dan space dalam perut semakin sempit! A few of my mum friends also experienced the same thing, constant hardening (Braxton Hicks contractions) especially malam-malam and frequent urge to pee, memang part and parcel of third trimester lah. The frequent urination tu also normal because baby pressing on your bladder lah, but if the hardening comes dengan pain yang intense or continuous, or the urge to pee ada darah, better check with your doctor to make sure everything okay je.
