Oh mama, please don't be too hard on yourself, this is such a common worry and you are definitely not alone in feeling this way. Every body responds to pregnancy so differently, and sometimes even when we are eating carefully the weight still creeps up due to water retention, the baby growing, and all the changes happening inside. That said, it might be good to mention it to your gynae or PD at your next visit, just so they can check that everything is on track and give you more personalised advice.
