I having fever for 3 days come and goes and sore throat is in.. will harm my baby and how 😭

I managed to see a doctor... that gave me safe antibiotics / some sweet throat and for mouth gaggles... was puking after I took the sweet and gaggles

no it won’t harm baby. go see doctor
