Vitamins needed for 6 month pregnancy

Wasnt able to visit my ob for 2 months now due to ecq. Im on 30 weeks on my pregnancy. i would like to know what vitamins should i take at this time. Thank u.

Im 35weeks and 4days sis. Vitamins ko ferrous sulfate b+ sodium ascorbate and calcium carbonate😊
