Which primary school is better?

Was offered by MOE these 3 primary schools (Lakeside Primary School, Jurong Primary School and Boonlay Garden Primary School) for my 10y/o boys who just returned to Sg from Msia. Anyone knows is there any test assessment required before enrolling?
