Jock itch solution

Just want to share how i overcome this itchiness! I suffered for several days because i thought its just a normal itch, so when i tried to check the area sa singit nagulat ako na may pagbabalat and very itchy tlga sya. Red na. So what i did. Wash with betadine 7.5% 2 times a day sa area then after applied soducream. Nawala itchiness instant but meron pa konting hapdi. Then after a few says wla na tlga itchiness and hapdi. Ngayun i tried nmn the canesten kasi i saw na pwd pla sya sa jock itch. Pero i dont suffer from itchiness na and hapdi. Just doing this for a week pra totally mawala na sya. Sabi kasi it usually takes 2weeks to get rid of it. Im not sure lang sa iba ano remedy ginawa. Obgyne said soducream and canesten is safe for pregnant. But of course you need to check with your ob first. :)

Salamat sa pag-share ng ganitong practical tip, mama! Nakaka-helpful talaga na detailed mo ang steps, ang Betadine wash then Soducream combo sounds effective talaga, at glad na nawala agad yung itch at hapdi mo. A few of us in our mom group also use Canesten for similar concerns kaya legit yan, pero definitely best na you finish the full week or two weeks pa as recommended para ma-clear talaga at hindi na bumalik. Super important na you checked with your OB first especially kasi pregnant ka, kaya alam mo it's safe for you and baby, that's the smart approach talaga! Hopefully this helps other mamas dealing with the same uncomfortable situation.
