NEED HELP: Postpartum Preeclampsia

Wala akong history ng high blood since birth hanggang pag bubuntis ko. I gave birth a week ago and sa postnatal check up ko nakita na masyadong mataas ang blood pressure ko, 140/90 which never happened before. Bp monitoring ako now and nag take ng amlopidine, nagsspike din bp ko ng 160/100. Ano po kayang cause nito and maganda gamot? Next week pa kasi schedule ko kay ob and very worried na ako. Mama, please don't wait until next week, call your OB today or go to the nearest hospital/emergency room now. High blood pressure after birth, especially with those readings and spikes you're describing, needs to be checked by a doctor right away, hindi pwedeng maghintay. I know it's scary, lalo na first baby mo, but your health is so important right now, para rin sa baby mo. A few of us moms have had postpartum scares that turned out okay because we didn't delay, so trust me, it's better to get checked now. Your OB needs to see you ASAP, not next week. Take care of yourself, mama, you've got this, but please seek medical help today.
