Pakai Bengkung

Eh, this is something you really kena ask your doctor or gynae, kan, sebab setiap orang lain-lain recovery nya, ada yang boleh start earlier, ada yang kena tunggu lagi depending on how the wound is healing. A few of my mum friends who did Caesar, most of them doctor advised to wait around 4-6 weeks before wearing bengkung properly, tapi memang kena check dengan your own doctor first! Better safe than sorry, especially with the incision site.
