Ay alam ko yan, ganyan talaga pag pregnant! A few of us sa mommy group namin ay nagsasabi na super vivid ang dreams nila around first and second trimester, parang nanood ng horror movie tapos gising ka na feeling totoo, so hindi ka mag-iisa dyan. It's actually normal dahil sa hormone changes and probably nag-aabsorb ka ng lahat ng anxiety about the pregnancy kaya lumalabas sa dreams, plus medyo light sleep lang tayo most of the time pag pregnant kaya mas natatandaan natin ang dreams. One of my mum friends swears na naging mas chill siya when she started journaling the dreams pag gising para makita kung may pattern or kung pure anxiety lang, and honestly it helped her manage the stress better. Pregnancy is wild talaga, so chin up, mama, it gets better!
