Uy, normal na normal yan, mama! Honestly, maraming sa amin ang nag-experience ng ganitong phase, especially around 15-16 months kasi suddenly they discover grandparents are exciting and fun, but it doesn't mean they don't need you, you're still their safe person, yun ang pinakamahalaga. Ang nangyayari siguro ay lumaki lang ang world ni Zyel at realized niya may iba pang tao na nagbibigay ng joy, pero kaw pa rin ang number one niya kahit parang ang dating ay ang lolo-lola lang, hindi siya "sawang-sawa" sa iyo, promise! One of my mum friends said after this phase tumagal lang, eventually kids understand na different people give different things, lolo-lola give fun, but mama gives comfort and security na walang katulad. Siguro break it up din, hayaan mong more often sila together pero ikaw pa rin ang nag-initiate ng bonding time with him like bath time o snack time, small moments lang pero consistent, at hindi ka basta naghihintay na miss ka niya. You're not boring, mama, you're just the most dependable, and that's actually the greatest gift.
