Hi! I haven't given birth at Villaflor Dagupan myself so I can't give you exact numbers, but a few of us from my moms' group have delivered there and the rates do change every year talaga. Best thing is to call them directly or visit in person kasi they can give you the breakdown for normal delivery vs CS, usually CS is significantly more expensive. One of my friends also asked if they have installment plans available, so that's worth asking about din po when you inquire!
