Jaundice test

Hi, a v worried mummy here/ anyone has done a liver test after high jaundice has subsided till a level of 120? The liver test result shows high direct level and indirect levels and GTT. Can u all share more eg if your baby turned out fine and how to improve the levels?

My baby had prolonged jaundice too, mummy, and I remember how stressful it was waiting for all the test results 😢❤️ In our case, the doctor ordered extra blood tests to be safe, and thankfully everything normalized over time. I'd continue following up closely with your baby's doctor since they can best interpret the direct and indirect bilirubin levels. Hoping the next review brings reassuring news and that your little one continues to do well 🤍

Thank you so much. Baby is good! We went kkh eventually and doc was not too concerned even though pd was. Subsequent results were ok. Have a good week ahead too
