Usually around which day will milk comesnin ? Not colostrum but milk. Ive been hand expressing colostrum and always only get 0.5ml both sides after 30-45mins. And i wonder when will real milk kick in. #firstbaby #firsttimemom
Mine came in at day 3, even so it was only 30ml combined (pumping). 1st two days was colostrum.
just keep pumping, could take up to or more than 8 days. You can get supplements to help
