urgent advice needed.. has any of your LO done an open surgery or key hole surgery at stomach area for whatever reason. can u share the experience the recovery process and the hospital? i am torn between kkh n nuh. most importantly i am even torn at agreeing to the operation! tks for any advice.

U shd seek professional advice instead.. seek a second Opinion from another doc.. recovery is pretty much depended on his own immunity too i believe .. maybe u might want to find out more on the difference between the hospital speciality instead like which doc is better in handling what kind of ops .. As much as u r torn, if it's life endangering, do act fast.. My fren Son has entangled intestine as a nb of one week old n went for surgery, think recovery took a few weeks to a month as well.. not sure which hospital.. might have been tmc as he was delivered there or kkh .. I didn't ask further .. he's a fine active 3 years old now
