Ay, ang unang regla after giving birth really varies, mama! Para sa akin, it took almost 2 months bago bumalik, but a few of my mum friends, lalo na yung exclusively breastfeeding, it took mas matagal, some even 6-8 months or more because ng breastfeeding hormones. Kung hindi ka nagpapasuso, mas mabilis usually bumalik within 4-6 weeks, pero talaga naman, bawat katawan ay iba-iba. Best to check with your OB kung gusto mo ng peace of mind, lalo na kung may unusual spotting ka or just to confirm everything's back to normal na.
