36weeks, chicken pox dan pedih ulu hati

Ujian betul sekarang. Da 36weeks, kene pulak chicken pox dan pedih ulu hati. Bertimpa2 badan sakit2 nak sapu minyak panas pun xbole sbb ade chicken pox. Pedih ulu hati 2 hari da, gaviscon da telan. Chicken pox punye antibiotic pun da telan. Baru 2 hari terasa seksa, hanya Allah je tahu. Selera makan takde, tido tak lena pusing kiri salah pusing kanan salah. Nangis je la mampu. Mummy ada idea ke untuk kurang kan pedih ulu hati selain avoid makanan pedas. Selera pun xde mcm mana nak makan 🥲paling sedih chicken pox banyak gile kat miss v… 😭😭😭 beso2 pulak tu

Sayang, 36 weeks + chicken pox + heartburn, tu memang tough sangat! But listen, dengan gastrointestinal pain macam ni at 36 weeks, you really need to call your doctor or go to hospital TODAY, jangan tunggu lagi, okay? They need to check if the heartburn is something else, and especially monitor baby with the chicken pox. I know you're exhausted and nangis je, but this is one of those times kena get proper medical eyes on you. A few of my mum friends had similar situations near end of pregnancy and doc mereka boleh help with safe options that won't affect baby or breastfeeding later. For now, try small frequent meals (even if plain rice + soup), stay upright after eating kalau boleh, and focus on hydration, but seriously, go see your doctor first before trying anything else, ya?
