Aww first time mom worries, totally get it! Yung cramping and tightening around the tummy ay normal talaga sa 12 weeks, your ligaments are stretching and your uterus is growing, pero since may paninigas pa at worried ka, better check with your OB to be safe lang, especially pang-peace of mind mo, momshie! A few of us moms experienced something similar and the doc just confirmed it was normal round ligament pain, pero kailangan pa rin ng checkup para sure, especially on your first pregnancy when everything feels unfamiliar hehe. Congrats sa 12 weeks, nakaka-exciting!
