Is it true that it's not good to take a bath if your head is throbbing in pain? I remember my lola telling me not to bathe when I told her I'm having a headache

I take baths too whenever I'm experiencing headache. For some reason, it releases tension, especially during summer days! I think there's nothing wrong with that.
