Is it true that 2nd.pregnancy the baby come.out faster than the.previous pregnancy ?

It depends. Based on my experience both babies exceed EDD. However my #2, while I was at 3cm dilation, using epidural and suddenly I want give birth. My dilation 10cm at the position I was using epidural.
