not true. was able to breastfed my daughter for almost 5 years and even my water is always cold

I don’t think so. I eat anything except alcohol, too much soft drink, wine.. it’s a myth.
Hindi naman po, pero ang warm water po kase maganda para lumabas ang milk.
not true ni medical basis po. i love cold drinks and still breastfeeding.
